My story
I was the person other leaders called when things got complicated.
I spent twenty years in senior educational leadership — as a deputy, as a strategic lead, and ultimately as a headteacher. That means I've built timetables from scratch, restructured teams under pressure, managed multi-million pound budgets, and held organisations together through things nobody puts in the job description.
The work I loved most was never the title. It was sitting down with a complex problem, seeing the whole picture when nobody else could, and building something that actually held. A system that ran cleanly. A structure that made sense. A way through.
When I stepped back from institutional leadership, I took all of that with me. The same skills — reading systems, seeing the gaps, building structure that holds — apply everywhere. Not just in schools. In any organisation, any team, any professional trying to work at the level they're capable of.
Now I build Notion workspaces for senior leaders and ambitious professionals. Not templates off a shelf — genuine thinking infrastructure, designed around you and how you actually work. The kind of system that means when Monday arrives with everything at once, you already know exactly what to do first.
